Cycle faster without pain? Impossible, right? After all, no pain, no gain? You’re thinking ‘No way!’ Yes way! In these short videos I share with you some valuable tips on how to sit and ride your bike so your spine and knees don’t take a beating. If you have tight hips (and yes, most people do) it’ll take a little time to get your body to move into the right position. But if you’re proactive and practice on a chair every day, you’ll get what you need much quicker. It will seem so counter intuitive but being more efficient in your posture can be a game changer in your speed and comfort.
