Shoulders are not happy when we ignore our necks/spines. In my world, everything is connected. The movements of your shoulders depend on how your upper spine and neck function. Think about it: your shoulder blades make up MOST of your upper back! So how well they move or work with the spine is critical in shoulder health.

Where we feel pain is rarely the place we actually need to focus for healing.
