Get rid of the slump and enjoy a strong neck, shoulders, and back!

Shoulders are not happy when we ignore our necks/spines. In my world, everything is connected. The movements of your shoulders depend on how your upper spine and neck function. Think about it: your shoulder blades make up MOST of your upper back! So how well they move or work with the spine is critical in shoulder health.

Shoulder injuries often occur in a small area in the front and top of the shoulder. But it's not the place we need to focus on when we want to become strong, mobile, and pain-free in the shoulders. In this video, I take you to the floor to isolate the neck, shoulders, and upper spine -- areas that need attention. In turn, it will help you regain strength and mobility in BOTH the neck and shoulders. https://www.yout

Where we feel pain is rarely the place we actually need to focus for healing. The beauty of correcting a "problem" with your structure in a connected way, as The McCall Method does, is that the entire structure benefits with changes. Who'd think that getting rid of shoulder pain would make all of your movements better?!
