Want great abs? Then stand tall and get the stiffness out of your neck. CRAZY? Yea, well in my world everything ends up being connected and I just want to show you the quickest way to get there (oh and the "funnest" (not a real word) .... way too).

You look at your phone maybe more than you wish you did....why not get a great connection with your neck and your abdominals at the same time? When I tell people to stretch up and be tall from the top of their heads like they are carrying a pot up there, not a lot happens. It's like you don't feel much. That's because your neck is "stuck" -- short and tight.What if I help you get your neck to come alive and lengthen without having to stop and "do exercises?"
