If you’re part of an active group — pickleballers, hikers, runners, or walkers — chances are you either suffer similar aches and pains or you want to prevent them in the first place.

Forming your Rest and Restore group with a few fellow athletes or friends and family is a great option. We can focus on specific movements custom-tailored for your common activity — and at a more affordable group rate!

  • Runners: Discover how sometimes slight shifts in your pelvic position can shift your stride and erase chronic knee and/or ankle pain.
